Terms of service

By using this website or submitting a matching request you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business, and “you” means both you and it.

Vantrell Business Capital is a matching and lead-generation service. We collect information you provide, compare it against criteria published to us by participating financing providers, and — if you authorise it — introduce you to those providers.

We are not, and this service does not provide:

• A lender. We do not lend money, fund anything, or make credit decisions.
• A broker acting for you. We do not negotiate on your behalf or represent your interests in any transaction.
• Financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing here is a recommendation that any product suits your circumstances.
• A guarantee. Being shown a provider is not an offer, a pre-approval, or an indication that you will be approved.

Every decision about approval, amount, rate, fee, term, and eligibility is made solely by the provider, under its own criteria, and may differ from anything suggested here.

You must be at least 18, located in the United States, and enquiring on behalf of a business rather than for personal, family, or household purposes. This service is for business financing only.

You agree the information you submit is true and that you are entitled to provide it. Providers rely on it. Submitting false information, or someone else's information without their authority, is a breach of these terms and may be unlawful.

When you authorise us to share your request, you agree that the providers you selected may contact you at the email address and telephone number you gave, about that request. We show you which providers before you confirm, and we record what you agreed to.

You can withdraw this at any time by telling the provider directly, or by using our privacy request form. Withdrawing does not undo a transmission already authorised and sent.

We share a request with no more than two providers, and never without the confirmation step.

The service is free to you. Participating providers may pay us a fee when we introduce a business they go on to work with.

We state this plainly because it matters: we have a commercial interest in introductions being made. It does not change a provider's decision, your rate, or your terms — providers set those independently — but you should weigh it as you would any referral. Compare offers on their merits and read what you sign.

You agree not to:

• Submit information about anyone without their authority.
• Use the service to obtain financing by deception.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract from the site, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to see.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
• Use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate access, without notice, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

We send business-to-business email about our matching service. Every message identifies who sent it, gives our postal address, and includes a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately and permanently. If you unsubscribe we record it so that we do not contact you again by mistake.

Participating providers are independent businesses, not our agents, partners, or employees. We do not control them and are not responsible for their products, decisions, conduct, privacy practices, or websites. Any agreement you enter with a provider is between you and that provider alone.

We do not endorse any provider, and inclusion in a match is not a recommendation.

The site, its content, and its software belong to Vantrell Business Capital LLC or its licensors. You may use them only to use the service as intended. The information you submit stays yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the service and make the introductions you authorise.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that any provider will contact you, offer you anything, or approve you; that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; or that information provided to us by providers about their criteria is accurate or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantrell Business Capital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost business, or lost data, arising from your use of the service — including anything arising from your dealings with a provider.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify Vantrell Business Capital LLC against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your submission of information you were not entitled to provide.

Before starting formal proceedings, contact us and give us 30 days to resolve the matter. Most issues can be settled this way.

This section requires legal review before launch. Whether disputes are resolved by arbitration or in court, whether class actions are waived, and which state's courts have jurisdiction are decisions with real consequences that depend on where the business is established and where its customers are. We have deliberately not asserted terms here that have not been reviewed by counsel.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules — subject to the review noted above, and to any rights you have under the laws of your own state that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change, and continuing to use the service means accepting the update. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms and our privacy policy are the entire agreement between us about the service. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
