For financing providers

• Requests from US businesses that asked to be matched, not scraped contacts.
• Only requests meeting the criteria you give us — state, industry, time in business, revenue band, amount sought.
• A consent record for every request: the exact disclosure shown, your name as displayed to them, and the timestamp they confirmed.
• Delivery by webhook to your system, or by whatever transfer method we agree.

A business completes a short questionnaire — no Social Security number, no bank credentials, no documents. We compare their answers against the criteria each participating provider has given us, then show that business the providers who fit, by name.

Nothing reaches you until they see your name and confirm. A request goes to no more than two providers. That cap is enforced in our software.

We do not run auctions, we do not resell a request after it has been shared, and we do not sell the same lead repeatedly to whoever will pay. If that is the model you are looking for, we are not it.

• Contact only what you were given. Use each request for the purpose it was authorised for, and honour any opt-out promptly.
• Do not resell or re-share. Requests we transmit are for your own evaluation, not for onward distribution.
• Tell us what happened. Contacted, application completed, funded, declined. Outcome reporting is how we keep the matching honest and how we know which introductions are worth making.
• Keep your criteria current. Matching against stale criteria wastes a business owner's time and yours.
• Comply with the law. Lending, licensing, advertising, and privacy obligations in every state you operate in are yours to meet.

Every provider goes through a review covering legal identity and licensing where applicable, published privacy policy and terms, security of the endpoint receiving data, and a signed agreement setting out permitted use, retention, and opt-out handling.

We do this because we are asking business owners to trust that we checked. A provider who has not completed review receives nothing.

We are paid by providers for introductions that lead to business. The specific arrangement is agreed with each provider individually.

We disclose to every business owner that providers may pay us. We do not let fee levels change who gets shown — matching is on stated criteria, and ranking by whoever pays most is exactly the practice that made this industry distrusted.
