About a provider you were introduced to
Participating providers are independent businesses. If your question is about an application, an offer, a rate, a payment, or a decision, the provider is the only one who can answer it — we have no visibility into their systems and cannot act on your behalf.
If a provider has contacted you in a way you did not authorise, or will not stop when asked, tell us. We record what each person authorised and we take that seriously.
What we cannot help with
We are not a lender. We cannot tell you whether you will be approved, what rate you would get, or how much you could borrow. Those are decisions each provider makes under its own criteria, and anyone claiming otherwise before you have applied is guessing.
