Contracting runs on a gap. You buy materials and make payroll weeks, sometimes months, before the customer pays. A roofer who wins a good job can still be short of cash the week the shingles arrive.

Financing exists for exactly this, but finding it is miserable. Fill in one form on a comparison site and your phone rings for a fortnight, because your details were sold to a dozen buyers who each paid for the privilege. The industry has a deserved reputation for it.

• You see the names first. We show you which providers may fit before a single detail leaves this site. No blind submission into a network you never see.
• Two providers, maximum. Never more, and never without you confirming each one. This is enforced in the software, not just promised in a policy.
• We ask for very little. No Social Security number, no bank logins, no statements, no tax returns. We do not pull your credit. If a provider needs those to underwrite, they collect them directly.
• Unsubscribing actually works. One click, applied immediately and permanently, recorded so we cannot contact you again by mistake.

The service is free to you. Participating providers pay us when we introduce a business they go on to work with.

We say this on the homepage, in our terms, and here, because a referral business that is vague about who pays it is telling you something. It does not change a provider's decision or your terms — they set those independently — but you should know it and weigh offers on their merits.

We are not a lender. We do not lend, fund, or make credit decisions, and we cannot tell you what you will be offered. Approval, amounts, rates, fees, and terms are decided by each provider under its own criteria.

We are also not your broker. We do not negotiate for you or represent your interests in a transaction. We make introductions; the rest is between you and the provider.
